Terms and Condition

1. Scope of Services:

  • Lignum Space Innovations LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) will deliver the specific services outlined in the chosen maintenance package (Basic, Premium, or VIP).

  • Exclusions: Services not explicitly mentioned in the package description are excluded unless agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Service Schedule:

  • Frequency: Services will be provided according to the schedule specified in the package description (e.g., monthly, weekly).

 

3. Payment, Renewals, etc:

  • Fees: The total cost of the maintenance package is outlined in the package description.

  • Payments: Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer.

  • Late Payments: Payments more than 10 days overdue will incur a $25 late fee.

 

4. Cancellation and Termination:

  • Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their package with 30 days' written notice by contacting support@lignumspace.com. Any prepaid amounts for the upcoming period may be refunded.

  • Service Provider Termination: The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice for non-payment or breach of terms.

 

5. Liability and Warranty:

  • Liability Limitation: The Service Provider’s liability for any damages is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.

  • Service Warranty: Services are warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Any issues must be reported within this period for correction.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of materials supplied by the client or for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden or concealed conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Client Responsibilities:

  • Property Access: The Client must ensure access to the property during scheduled visits.

  • Preparation: The Client is responsible for preparing the work area before the Service Provider's arrival.

 

7. Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Service Quality: The Service Provider will perform services to industry standards and hold necessary insurance coverage.

  • Professional Conduct: All services will be conducted professionally and respectfully.

 

8. Rollover Credits:

  • Usage: Unused credits from one month can be rolled over to the next month, but must be used within the contract period.

  • Expiration: Any unused credits at the end of the contract period will expire.

 

9. Emergency Services (Premium and VIP Packages):

  • Response Time: The Service Provider aims to respond to emergency callouts within 2 hours.

 

10. Additional Benefits (Premium and VIP Packages):

  • Move-out Discount: A 10% discount on move-out services is provided to Premium and VIP package holders.

  • Loyalty Points: Monthly loyalty points can be accumulated for additional benefits.

  • Annual Pressure Washing: One exterior pressure washing per year for Premium and VIP package holders.

  • Vendor Coordination (VIP Package): Coordination with third-party vendors is included in the VIP package.

 

11. Inspection and Reporting (VIP Package):

  • Weekly & Monthly Inspections: The VIP package includes weekly/monthly inspections and detailed reports.

  • Minor Fixes: Minor repairs done on the spot at no extra charge.

 

12. Seasonal Property Maintenance (VIP Package):

  • Coverage: Comprehensive seasonal maintenance services are included to ensure property upkeep throughout the year.

 

13. Dispute Resolution:

  • Process: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of [State/Country].

 

14. Amendments:

  • Changes to Terms: 

  • We reserve the right. If we do modify the Terms and Conditions, depending on 

  • “if we do modify these Terms of Service, depending on the nature of the change, we will post the changes on this page and indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised and/or notify you, either through the Services' user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means and as required by applicable law. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. In addition, when using certain Services, you will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such Services that may be posted on the Service from time to time.”
